Our group would just like to share what had we experience so far.
Some problems we faced How did we solve it? -Lack of time, having CCAs on different days, which means almost everyday. We found it very hard to pick on a day where we could all meet up, which we had very pack schedules. To solve it, we had decided to do separately. The only day we could all meet up was on sunday, which was not enough, as we had to meet up quite a few times. Like for example, half of us was available on a certain day, then that half would meet up to do. The other half would be on another day they were free. Sometimes we even discussed it on windows live messenger. -Different ideas from different people, which we do not know which to pick/ which was the best idea, some disagree, some agree. To solve this problem, we decided to combine our ideas together till a perfect one which everybody agrees. Basically, there was only one main factor which lead us to solving problems and difficulties, which is "TEAMWORK". We organised days to meet up and discussed everything as a group, without arguements. We have presented our pie chart, which we did it with a little lack of confidence. For our progress report, we were 1 mark from getting full, which was quite disappointing due to a minor mistake. Therefore, there is still alot to improve on. Our brochure had been neatly done and well decorated, which we had already passed up to our PW teachers. Sorry, we didnt managed to get pictures of our brochures as we had already passed up for marking, which we made a huge mistake, forgetting to take pictures of it before it is handed up.

"RESACKEL" plastic bags basically means reusing and recycling from other used materials.
Whats this all about then? Buying a reSACKel shopping bag means you are helping the environment in 3 ways:1. Reducing your future need for disposable plastic bags
2. The fabric of your bag is 100% reused plastic sacking. In addition, we use new nylon thread to stitch the bags, so this guarantees that they remains strong. The tags and the labels are also made out of unbleached paper sourced from a paper mill using managed forests. In conclusion, for every reSACKel bag you buy, you save one old sack and all the resources it took to manufacture it in the first place. Why use new fabric bags when you can reSACKel?
3. The reSACKeling process is simple, clean and efficient - so not only are you saving the resources it took to make the sack, but you are doing it in a way that does not require heavy industrial recycling processes.
Opinion/Impression We thinks that this contributes to the environment as it reuses plastic sacking, instead of fabric bags, which does not require heavy industrial recycling process, which prevents global warming from the release of gases from industries. The materials used are also environmental-friendly. You rather pay less and harm the environment? Of course you can't, everyone got a part to play in saving the environment, if not one day, earth would be destroyed. The "reSACKeling" process is just so simple and efficient, so why not start using it?

The G-tower building is a 30 storey office-retail-hotel development build in kuala lumpur in malaysia. They managed to achieve the gold award for the amount of energy they save.
The feature that impresses us the most: -A ventilation system that channels more oxygen into different parts of the building when the level of carbon dioxide in the air rises
WHY? By just making use of this system, lots of energy could be save. Basically, by changing carbon dioxide to oxygen, it cools the air, which would save much more instead of having fans or air-conditioner, as the climate is quite warm. So by that, the cost that makes people comfortable is much lesser.

Now, currently, we are half way thorugh doing pie chart, based on the survey forms done by some pupils which we had chosen instead of bar chart, as it is easy and simple. Brochure and fila chart was already completed neatly. We just left a little to cover and everything would be completed. We managed to work together well to do those task given by our PW teachers.

Currently, our group is still discussing on how should we design the brochure and the size of it. Our research on how to keep the environment green is almost done, with just some corrections to be done on it. We found ways to reduce negative impacts of the environment. The most important three ways were basically the 3Rs, recycle, reuse and reduce. We will be meeting up this week to try and complete it as soon as possible, and passed up on time. -Kendrick
